About Me

Emily Walker

Manual Osteopathy, DOMP

I’m passionate about living an active lifestyle, fueling my body with nutritious foods, and helping others on their journey to living a long and healthy life. With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (BKin) and a Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Practice (DOMP), I’ve dedicated my career to understanding and optimizing the human body’s potential.

From a young age, I’ve always had a deep love for sports and a desire to help others. My years of playing and coaching soccer, rugby, and competitive cheerleading, as well as my experience as a Strength and Conditioning intern for Varsity swim teams, have all shaped my approach to health and wellness. I believe that being active isn’t just about playing sports; it’s about embracing movement as an essential part of life.

As a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, I’ve come to appreciate the incredible capacity of our bodies to heal themselves when provided with the right environment and tools. I’m particularly interested in working with patients who want to understand the root cause of their ailments, especially those suffering from chronic migraines and low back pain.

I’m proud to be a member of the Osteopathic Chronic Pain Clinics Canada (OCPCC) and the National Canadian Association of Alternative Medicine (ACMA). I look forward to meeting you and helping you uncover the root cause of your pain, guiding you toward a healthier, more active life.
